How do I Get Started?Call Nicola to set up a comprehensive consultation (free of charge). This includes a medical and fitness history, along with lifestyle and body composition analyses. Next, you work together with Nicola to define your fitness goals. Using this information, Nicola designs on-going personal exercise prescriptions fine tuned according to your progress. Is There the Potential for Small Groups?Yes. Special packages are available to work out in pairs or in groups of 3. Please see Packages for more details. What About Nutritional Guidance?Proper nutrition is a key factor in seeing results and Nicola will provide general nutritional guidance and information about food choices and caloric intake. If you require detailed and specific nutritional planning, a separate appointment with a Registered Dietician can be easily arranged. How are Training Sessions Scheduled?After deciding how many sessions per week you would like to train, you will select an available timeslot which will usually remain constant for the duration of your sessions. You can switch timeslots at any time provided Nicola has an available timeslot which better accommodates your schedule. What is FitNic's Cancellation Policy?24 hours notice is required to cancel and re-schedule a session. Failure to give notice will result in a forfeit of the payment and session.
